Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and FlyGoWild (“FlyGoWild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the FlyGoWild website, applications, alerts, Discord integration, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Not affiliated with Frontier Airlines
FlyGoWild is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Frontier Airlines, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. “Frontier,” “GoWild!,” “Discount Den,” and related names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only. All fares, passes, seats, and travel are sold and provided solely by Frontier Airlines (or other applicable providers) and are subject to their own terms, conditions, and pricing. Your purchase of any Frontier product is a transaction between you and Frontier, not FlyGoWild.
2. What the Service does (and does not) do
The Service helps you search for, monitor, and receive alerts about flight availability, seat counts, and fares. FlyGoWild does not sell flights, does not collect payment for any airfare, and is not a travel agency. When you choose to book, you leave FlyGoWild and complete the transaction directly with the airline on its own website, subject to its terms.
Flight data, seat counts, prices, and availability shown on the Service are gathered from third-party sources and are provided “as is” and “as available” for your convenience. This information may be incomplete, delayed, cached, inaccurate, or unavailable, and it can change or sell out at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any fare, seat, or flight shown will be available or bookable, or that a price you see will match the price at checkout. You are responsible for verifying all details directly with the airline before purchasing or traveling.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is offered solely to users located in the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and you may not use it from locations where doing so would be unlawful. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@flygowild.comif you suspect unauthorized use. You may link a Discord account; that integration is also subject to Discord’s own terms and policies.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Parts of the Service are offered under free and paid subscription tiers described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method the applicable fees, including recurring charges, on the billing cycle you select.
- Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Price changes. We may change plan prices or features; we will give reasonable notice, and changes take effect on your next billing period.
5. Alerts and notifications
Alerts (by email, Discord message, or web push) are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any alert will be sent, delivered, timely, or accurate, and you should not rely on alerts as your sole means of securing a fare or seat. Delivery depends on third-party systems outside our control. You can manage or disable alerts in your account settings.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service, or access it through automated means, except as we expressly permit;
- resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our written permission;
- share, transfer, or make your account available to others, or circumvent tier limits, quotas, or access controls;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or its security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
- use the Service to violate any law, any airline’s terms, or the rights of others, or for any fraudulent or abusive purpose;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and content we create, is owned by FlyGoWild and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Trademarks and content belonging to third parties (including Frontier Airlines) remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on and links to third parties, including Frontier Airlines, Discord, Stripe, and our infrastructure and email providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or terms. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their agreements.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA IT PROVIDES ARE FURNISHED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY FARE, SEAT, OR FLIGHT INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYGOWILD AND ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, TRAVEL OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY MISSED FLIGHT, SOLD-OUT OR UNAVAILABLE SEAT, INACCURATE PRICE OR AVAILABILITY, OR BOOKING MADE OR NOT MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlyGoWild and its founders and operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms) will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration provision below, you and FlyGoWild agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@flygowild.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days.
Arbitration and class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and FlyGoWild waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access claims, or from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and FlyGoWild regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
